Noureen DeWulf was born on February 28, 1984, in New York City. She has always shown great interest in becoming an actress. Her journey began with her attending at the School of the Arts at Boston University. Noureen tried out for roles in various films soon after graduation. The year 2005 saw her was cast as a key character in an upcoming film titled West Bank Story. West Bank Story debuted at Sundance Film Festival in 2005 and has been screened around all over the world. In 2007, the film was awarded the Oscar to be the Best Live Action Short Film. In 2001, she was on the screen in Ghost World (2001), which was a movie that received a lot of praise and earned her an Golden Globe nod.
