Amy Lou Adams is the full name for Amy Lou Adams. Amy Lou Adams was born in Aviano, Italy on August 20, 1974. Amy Lou Adams is an American actress that has earned praise for her portrayals of charming and innocent characters. Adams was raised in Italy while her father served in the U.S. military and she grew up living in Castle Rock Colorado as one of seven kids. The early 1990s were when Adams started dancing and performing professionally at the Boulder Dinner Theatre as well as the Country Dinner Playhouse. She then moved to the regional theater located in Minnesota in which she was featured in a mock documentary film on beauty contests called Drop Dead Gorgeous (1999). Leigh was discovered by actress Norma Shearer and was offered a contract to join MGM in the 1940s. Her role as Norma was featured in various popular films over time, including Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho which was released in 1960 as well as Living It Up, a Martin and Lewis film which was released in 1954.
